Your data and choices
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Content Management processes when you visit this website or request a free website proposal.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Content Management is the controller of personal data processed through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@content.management.
2. Personal data we process
When you request a website proposal, we process the company name, email address, current website URL or description, selected language, and any other information you enter in the form.
Our hosting and security services receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, request time, browser and device information, requested URL, and security signals. The proposal email includes the submitting IP address, submission time, and locale so we can investigate abuse and understand the request.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the proposal form against automated submissions. It processes signals including IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, site key, and website origin to distinguish people from bots.
On the first home-page visit, your browser language is compared with our supported languages. This comparison happens in your browser and is not submitted to us by the language-detection feature.
- Company name and email address
- Whether you already have a website
- Current website URL or a description of the website you need
- Language used to submit the request
- Additional information entered in the form
3. Why we process data and our legal bases
We process personal data only for the following purposes:
- Responding to a proposal request and taking steps toward a possible service agreement: steps at your request before entering a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Protecting the form, website, and infrastructure from spam, bots, and misuse: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
- Remembering language selection and dismissal of the privacy notice on your device: providing requested site preferences and our legitimate interest in a usable website.
- Keeping records when required for tax, accounting, compliance, or legal claims: legal obligation or legitimate interests, depending on the record.
We do not use website data for advertising profiles or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who receives the data
Cloudflare provides website delivery, serverless processing, and Turnstile bot protection. Amazon Web Services provides Amazon SES email delivery for proposal requests. Authorized people working for Content Management may access inquiry emails when needed to prepare a proposal, provide support, keep records, or protect the service.
Cloudflare and AWS operate internationally. Data may be processed outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are covered by recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Browser storage, cookies, and external services
We do not use advertising cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded on pages containing the proposal form. Cloudflare describes its Turnstile signals as strictly necessary for detecting and blocking bots. If Turnstile pre-clearance is enabled in the future, Cloudflare may also issue a security cookie.
6. How long we keep data
Proposal inquiries are kept while we respond and for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up, document the business relationship, prevent abuse, and handle possible legal claims. Records required by law may be retained for the applicable statutory period. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized during periodic reviews.
Browser-storage preferences remain on your device until you clear this site’s data. Retention of security and delivery logs controlled by our providers follows their applicable settings and policies.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connections, bot protection, access controls, input validation, and reputable infrastructure providers. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- Request access to and a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion or restriction of processing
- Receive data you provided in a portable format where applicable
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Complain to the data-protection authority in your country or place of work
To exercise a right, email info@content.management. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version is published on this page.
